The State of PHIT has already happened, if you want to see a copy of the PowerPoint, click here.
When is it? Tuesday, March 1, 2011 @ 8pm, 60 minute presentation followed by Q&A. Snacks will be served.
Where is it? Philly Improv Theater @ The Shubin Theater (407 Bainbridge Street)
What's the Agenda? 1) A presentation on PHIT's growth during 2011. 2)Introduction of new volunteer staff heading Community Outreach and the new Education Director. 3) Announcements about the new PHIT House Team directors. 4) An update by Executive Director Greg Maughan on PHIT's search for a permanent space. PLUS: The opportunity to have questions, comments and concerns addressed.
Who should come? Performers at PHIT need to attend if at all possible. This includes House Team members, as well as improv, sketch, and standup comedians who have been onstage at PHIT during the past several years. People who hope to perform in 2011 should also come. Volunteers and potential volunteers can show up. Students in PHIT's improv education program don't need to worry about being there, but are invited if they're interested.
The meeting should actually be fairly relaxed, but because we're doing food/drink and because we'll have some things to hand out we do need people to rsvp. SO, IF YOU'D LIKE TO COME - PLEASE RSVP by contacting the theater. You can send us an email or leave a message on the phone (both of these are available on PHIT's contact info page). We'll also be sending an evite to performers who have given us an email address... so expect to be pestered about attending sometime in the next few weeks.
