Mallory has enjoyed comedy and acting from a very young age. She was involved in Chorus and Drama in high school but focused on Journalism and Political Activism during college. She then had her quarter-life crisis and decided to pursue her dream of being an comedian on stage. In the words of a wooden wall-fixture found in the clearance section of HomeGoods, “It’s never too late to start following your dreams.”
Mallory started taking classes in April 2013 and has quickly become deeply involved with the comedy community. She is currently involved in several independent teams in addition to being a PHIT company member. She also enjoys performing in duos because of the chance to slow down and create multi-dimensional characters.
Mallory also enjoys writing and performing sketch comedy, and is a winner of the June 2014 Iron Sketch competition, as part of the ensemble Celebrities Without Makeup.
As a member of PHIT House Team Trash Island, Mallory enjoys bringing her unique experiences to improv under the direction of Jess Snow. She has also had the pleasure of taking workshops with Susan Messing, Christina Gausas, and Jet Eveleth.
Outside of PHIT, Mallory enjoys working with children as a current nanny and former librarian.
