Sam Abrams (instructor)
Sam Abrams is an instructor in the PHIT Kids & Teens program, where she teaches courses to middle and high school aged students. She has been taking classes at PHIT since January 2014, and can be seen around Philly performing with improv indie troupe Bad Kitten. Before coming to PHIT, she majored in theater at Oberlin College, primarily directing silly comedies such as Play it Again, Sam and All in the Timing. Sam spent three years developing and teaching drama classes at Camp Sequoia, an overnight camp for kids who have difficulty with social skills. She also taught at Sequoia Kids, their winter program. She is delighted to work with PHIT Kids & Teens, so she can get back to being goofy doing improv with kids!
